Articulo 1º. Contracredítense los saldos no comprometidos en el presupuesto de gastos de inversión del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, en Liquidación, Unidad Ejecutora 2003-00, en la suma de siete mil ocho millones seiscientos noventa y seis mil doscientos setenta y siete pesos ($7.008.696.277,00) moneda corriente para la vigencia fiscal de 2003 en el rubro y cuantía que a continuación se relaciona: CONTRACREDITO SECCION 2003 INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE VIVIENDA DE INTERES SOCIAL Y REFORMA URBANA, INURBE, EN LIQUIDACION UNIDAD 2003-00 Cta.
