ARTICULO 2° Para el ingreso al territorio nacional, el extranjero deberá presentar pasaporte o documento de viaje o documento de identidad vigentes. Para los visitantes la autoridad de inmigración estampará un permiso de ingreso. En todo caso se requerirá visa cuando así lo disponga el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
