Los ocupantes ó dueños de tierras baldías situadas cinco kilómetros alrededor de fuentes saladas en explotación no están obligados á desmontarlas para conservar su propiedad; al contrario, ese desmonte queda prohibido para cualquier otro objeto que no sea la explotación de la salina en tales parajes, cuando pertenezcan á la Nación ó á comunidades ó resguardos de Indígenas.
