Los Tesoreros y Recaudadores encargados de expedir las guías para el degüello de ganados, exigirán al extenderlas la presentación de la constancia o comprobante de que trata el artículo anterior, u otra prueba suficiente sobre la propiedad del semoviente. El incumplimiento de esta obligación será sancionado por el respectivo superior con multas hasta de cien pesos ($100), y en caso de reincidencia, con la destitución del funcionario responsable.
