°. Vigencia Y Derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias. Los procesos de selección que a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se encuentren en curso y cuenten con resolución de apertura, se adelantarán hasta su culminación con la normatividad vigente al momento de su elaboración.
