º. Para efectos de este Decreto se entiende por medicamento cualquier principio farmacologicamente activo de origen mineral, vegetal, animal, sintético y semi-sintetico que se utilice en el diagnostico, prevención o tratamiento de las enfermedades del hombre o de los animales.
