°. Desde que empiece a regir el presente Decreto será obligatorio registrar los documentos privados, lo cual se hará por empleados especiales y sin ningún gravamen para los particulares. 1°. El documento privado que no lleve la nota de registro del respectivo funcionario se considerará solo como principio de prueba. 2°. Facúltase á la Administración general de nuevas Rentas para reglamentar dicho registro, con aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro.
