Articulo 102. Del término de educación de los encargos Cuando se trate de vacancia temporal, el encargado de otro empleo sólo podrá desempeñarlo por el término durante el cual esta se prolongue. Cuando se trata de vacancia definitiva, el encargo tendrá una duración máxima de tres (3) meses, vencidos los cuales el cargo vacante deberá ser- provisto en forma definitiva de conformidad con el presente Decreto.
