º. La intervención administrativa por vigilancia y control del patrimonio. La intervención administrativa de las instituciones de utilidad común o fundaciones que presten servicios de salud, efectuada en razón de la vigilancia y control de su patrimonio, continuará rigiéndose por las normas establecidas en los Decretos 1088, 739 y 560 de 1991 salvo cuando se trate de la toma de posesión o intervención administrativa para liquidar, materia que se complementa con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
