Art. 175. El Director de la Biblioteca, en su carácter de Inspector de los archivos de la República, ordenará a los empleados encargados de ellos lo conducente para que procedan a formar sendos catálogos conforme al sistema que se emplee para formar el de la Biblioteca nacional. Todos ellos se refundirán en uno solo, a fin de procurar la unidad en el servicio de este Cuerpo de oficinas.
