° Para los efectos de la autorización a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte deberá tener en cuenta los recursos que apropie el Gobierno Nacional como también, los provenientes del Convenio Interinstitucional número 308 de 1987 para la ampliación del Parque Nacional Olaya Herrera.
