Los medios de comunicación de que trata el artículo 10 que omitan la transmisión de los mensajes previstos en esa misma disposición o no lo hagan con la duración y periodicidad establecida por el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, incurrirán en multas sucesivas de diez (10) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales.
