PERIODO FISCAL. El período fiscal de las retenciones en la fuente será mensual. En el caso de liquidación o terminación de actividades, el período fiscal se contará desde su iniciación hasta las fechas señaladas en el artículo 595. Cuando se inicien actividades durante el mes, el período fiscal será el comprendido entre la fecha de iniciación de actividades y la fecha de finalización del respectivo período.
