Los Tesoreros o representantes legales de las entidades o establecimientos beneficiados con trasferencias o aportes del Presupuesto Nacional rendirán cuentas sobre el manejo de las mismas a la Contraloría General de la República, a más tardar seis (6) meses después de haber recibido el pago.
