Al que habiendo sido condenado en los términos de este Decreto, incurriere en una nueva violación de él dentro de los 10 años siguientes a la ejecutoria de la sentencia, se aplicará la medida respectiva que le corresponde aumentada en una tercera parte para la primera reincidencia y en la mitad para la segunda. De la tercera reincidencia en adelante, la medida se duplicará, sin que pueda ser inferior en ningún caso a la sanción máxima prevista en la respectiva norma.
