De los Prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo. Los prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo son personas jurídicas de derecho público o privado, autorizados por la autoridad competente para prestar servicios de gestión y colocación de empleo de manera presencial, virtual o mixta. Son prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo la Agencia Pública de Empleo a cargo del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Sena), las Agencias Públicas y Privadas de Gestión y Colocación de Empleo, incluidas las constituidas por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, y las Bolsas de Empleo.
