Parágrafo 6

al artículo 1° del Decreto número 1861 de 2012, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 6

Las inversiones realizadas con los recursos de los patrimonios autónomos del Fonpet, que provengan del Sistema General de Regalías, no serán tenidas en cuenta para los efectos de la aplicación del numeral 18 del artículo 2.6.12.1.6 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010".
