En la concesión de los préstamos industriales, el Banco dará preferencias a quellas (sic) empresas industriales que consuman materias primas de producción nacional. En todo caso el Banco deberá cerciorarse de la capacidad de la respectiva empresa para servir la deuda y exigir las seguridades que estime convenientes, a juicio de la Junta Directiva, de ese servicio.
