Aplicación de la reserva de carga . El derecho de reserva de carga consagrado en el Decreto 994 de 1966, s e aplicará para carga general entre los puertos o sectores autorizados en las rutas. Para la carga a granel, cuando se trate de diferentes embarques derivados de una o más licencias o registros de importación de un mismo usuario o consignatario de carga, el porcentaje libre podrá acumularse dentro del año calendario La Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria, para estos efectos llevará las estadísticas y emitirá las comunicaciones a las entidades correspondientes.
