°. Son de Segunda Categoría los Profesores de los cursos de Estado Mayor que se desarrollen en la Escuela Superior de Guerra.

Parágrafo

Para ser Profesores de Segunda Categoría es requisito haberse desempeñado como Profesor de Tercera Categoría o de los cursos avanzados de capacitación, durante un lapso mínimo de dos años, continuos o discontinuos, con buenos resultados.
