Art. 6° Toca a la Junta de que habla el artículo anterior velar constantemente por la marcha de la Instrucción pública en el respectivo Municipio.

Parágrafo

Anualmente la Junta nombrará un empleado de su seno, que será el Presidente de ella, para servir de órgano de comunicación respecto de los inspectores provinciales. CAPITULO V De la inspección en general
