Los funcionarios que se han incorporado como consecuencia de la reestructuración de la Planta de Personal de la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, devengarán el salario que se les corresponda en la anterior Planta de Personal, hasta el día en que tome posesión del cargo de la nueva planta que se adoptan en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
