Artículo tercero. Los servicios que el Gobierno Nacional prestará a los ancianos para su protección son:

Albergue.

Vestuario.

Alimentación.

Atención médica, hospitalaria, odontología completa y quirúrgica.

Parágrafo

Así mismo el Estado cubrirá los gastos que ocasionen las honras fúnebres.
