Créase el Fondo Nacional del Notariado, con personería jurídica, con el objeto de mejorar las condiciones económicas de los Notarios de insuficientes ingresos, y de propender por la capacitación de los Notarios y la divulgación del derecho notarial, en la forma y términos que establezca la Junta Directiva de dicho Fondo.
