º . Para el pago de deudas por impuestos sobre las ventas, renta y complementarios y sus intereses, el Director General de Impuestos Nacionales o los Administradores de Impuestos Nacionales, podrán conceder plazos para su cancelación, hasta por dos (2) año s, siempre y cuando el deudor ofrezca garantías satisfactorias, reales, bancarias o de compañías de seguros.

Parágrafo

Por deudas cuya cuantía no sea superior a seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600.000.00) se podrán aceptar garantías personales.
