Art. 3. ° La fianza habrá de ser por una cantidad igual a la suma de los respectivos derechos de importacion i los intereses de demora, &ª, &,ª que deba cubrir el introductor por falta de pago dentro del término que fijan los citados artículos 146 i 148 a 162 del Código fiscal, en caso de no presentar en oportunidad los comprobantes relativos al consumo que exijo el artículo que precede.
