No aplicación del ahorro de cesantías para el Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante por pago anticipado. No procede la aplicación del ahorro de cesantías para el Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante, cuando conforme al régimen legal, corresponda el pago de cesantías al empleador por terminación de la relación laboral.
