La participación de utilidades que se establece por el presente decreto no da derecho alguno al trabajador o trabajadores para intervenir en la dirección o administración de la empresa, ni para inspeccionar la contabilidad de ésta. La inspección a que hubiere lugar para los fines de este decreto, corresponderá sólo al estado.
