Las causas de indignidad mencionadas en los artículos precedentes no podrán alegarse contra disposiciones testamentarias posteriores a los hechos que la producen, aun cuando se ofreciere probar que el difunto no tuvo conocimiento de esos hechos al tiempo de testar ni despues.
