º. Los sueldos del personal docente a cargo de la Nación se pagarán a través del FER. Cualquier suma en exceso de las determinadas en este Decreto, que se pague como remuneración por concepto de sueldo básico, será elevada a alcance al respectivo tesorero o pagador del FER, lo cual no exime de responsabilidad al funcionario que haya ordenado el gasto.
