Art. 11. Igualmente suprímense los dos Edecanes de honor del Presidente de la República, y los que actualmente desempeñan esos cargos continuarán prestando sus servicios como Adjuntos á la Secretaria general de la Presidencia, dados de alta en el Estado Mayor general con derecho al mismo sueldo que han estado devengando.
