Las contestaciones del testigo se escribirán como él las dicte, si fuere capaz de hacerlo y quisiere usar de este derecho. En caso contrario, las redactará el Juez, después de conferenciar con el testigo hasta cerciorarse de que está completamente impuesto de lo que sabe y quiere decir. Escrita cada contestación se leerá al testigo y lo propio se hará con la declaración total, antes de firmarla.
