Los productos del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Ipiales que actualmente construye la Nación en cumplimiento de las Leyes 12 de 1926, 16 de 1927 y 59 de 1935, se destinan por la presente Ley al fomento de las mismas Empresas; a mejoras urbanas, tendientes al ornato y embellecimiento de la ciudad de Ipiales y a construcción de obras públicas del mismo Municipio.
