La prestación del servicio público registral, así como las demás funciones que en cumplimiento de la ley, decretos y reglamentos, deban prestar y desarrollar las oficinas de registro de instrumentos públicos estarán sujetas a la inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
