Acuerdo de conversión: El representante legal deberá preparar un documento que contenga los motivos por los que someten a consideración de la asamblea la conversión, el método de intercambio que servirá de sustento a la forma en Circular externa que participarán los asociados en la sociedad anónima, el valor nominal que se utilizará para el intercambio y, en general, todos aquellos aspectos que los administradores estimen convenientes para que la decisión que adopten los asociados esté correctamente informada.
