Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que incorpore dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación, las apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias para vincularse y concurrir con otras instancias de financiación a la conmemoración de esta institución educativa a través de la realización de las siguientes obras de infraestructura:

Construcción y Dotación del Edificio de Investigaciones.

Estudios Previos y Construcción de la Seccional Sur de la Universidad del Tolima en el municipio de Chaparral, Tolima.
