° La Gobernación del expresado Departamento dictará las medidas necesarias para obtener el cumplimiento de los artículos 28, 29 y 31 de la Ley 70 de 1916 y de la Resolución número 45 de 1927, expedida por la Contraloría General de la República. La precitada Gobernación pasará mensualmente al Ministerio de Obras Públicas un informe detallado sobre los trabajos que se ejecuten con la partida de que se trata. Comuníquese y publíquese.
