El Gobierno proveerá el funcionamiento y dotación de los nuevos Juzgados que se crean por este Decreto, conforme a las disposiciones presupuestales dentro del monto global señalado para el respectivo servicio en la ley de apropiaciones y de acuerdo con la facultad conferida por el original último del artículo 17 de la Ley 78 de diciembre de 1981.
