Cuando se venda F. A. S. -libre al costado- se entenderá que el vendedor está obligado a entregar la cosa lista para el embarque, al costado del medio de transporte y en el lugar fijado por los contratantes, o en el muelle o bodega designados.

Los gastos hasta la entrega de la cosa en la forma prevista en el inciso anterior, corresponderán al vendedor.
