Cuando una solicitud de visa se presente incompleta, en el acto de recibo se le indicarán al peticionario los requisitos que falten. Si insiste en que se radique, se le recibirá la petición dejando constancia expresa de las observaciones que le fueron formuladas. Se entenderá que el peticionario ha desistido de su solicitud si hecho el requerimiento de completar los requisitos de ley, el peticionario no da respuesta en dos (2) meses. Acto seguido, se archivará el expediente.
