Los gastos de administración del impuesto sobre la renta se pagaran por las tres entidades citadas en el Artículo anterior en proporción de sus respectivas participaciones. Sin embargo, el Poder Ejecutivo queda facultado para contratar la administración y recaudación con los Departamentos o
