Suspensión. Cuando por autoridad competente se solicite la suspensión en el ejército de sus funciones y atribuciones de un Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares, ésta se dispondrá por Resolución Ministerial para Oficiales y por disposición del respectivo Comando de Fuerza para Suboficiales.
