Quórum y votaciones . La Junta podrá sesionar validaciones con la mayoría de sus miembros las decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistente. Cuando se trate de ejercer las funciones contempladas en uno cualquiera de los literales de la Clase B) del artículo 18 de estos estatutos, se requiera el voto favorable del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado.
