Articulo 4º. El ICFES promoverá entre las instituciones de educación superior la creación de estímulos a quienes hayan obtenido el mas alto puntaje en los Exámenes de Estado, como reconocimiento efectivo a su esfuerzo académico y al resultado obtenido.
