Decreto 1843 de 1991 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos III, V, VI, VII y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, sobre uso y manejo de plaguicidas.

De las señales para aplicación de plaguicidas . Los propietarios o usufructuarios de las zonas rurales tratadas, deberán señalizar los sitios de acceso a éstas con el símbolo internacional de peligro y letras que digan "peligro, área tratada con plaguicidas, si necesita entrar use equipo de protección". Estos letreros deberán ser de material resistente a la intemperie, en tamaños fácilmente legibles a distancia no menor de 20 metros y ubicados en sitios de acceso y conservarse en buen estado. No podrán retirarse antes de 10 días después de la aplicación.

Parágrafo

Queda terminantemente prohibido el bandereo con personas.
