° Autorízase asimismo al Gobierno para que auxilie hasta con la suma de dos mil pesos ($2,000) la publicación de las obras de Historia y Geografía de que es autor el señor don Francisco Javier Vergara y Velasco. Dicho auxilio no se dará sino después de oír el Gobierno al respecto la opinión favorable de tres ciudadanos peritos en las materias sobre que versan las obras citadas.
