Art. 78. Las faltas graves contra la moral, así en su vida pública como en la privada, serán sancionadas con la pérdida del empleo, previo el expediente que formará el Inspector local y el provincial, para que lo decida el Gobernador con su Secretario de Instrucción Pública.
