La suma que se destine para el pago de los daños sufridos por los damnificados pobres, a que se refiere el presente Decreto, se entregará al Tesorero Municipal de Betulia, del Departamento de Antioquia, empleado que asegurará previamente su manejo en la forma que determine la Contraloría General de la República, y rendirá sus cuentas a esa entidad. Comuníquese y publíquese.
