El cemento y el hierro que se adquieran para la ejecución de las obras centenarias de las ciudades de Cali y Tunja no pagarán derechos consulares ni de aduana, al ser introducidos. El Ministerio de Hacienda dictará las normas conducentes para reglamentar esta disposición y la Contraloría General de la República llevará cuenta especial de las exenciones a que haya lugar.
