Artículo quinto. La Junta Directiva tendrá una reunión ordinaria el primer sábado de cada mes y reuniones extraordinarias cuando fuere convocada por el Presidente o por dos de sus miembros. En las reuniones ordinarias podrá deliberar con la mayoría absoluta da sus miembros y en las extraordinarias necesita la presencia de cuatro de ellos, por lo menos.
